and Sports Massage Therapist based in Newbury,
Berkshire

mission is to work with women to achieve their health and
fitness goals through motivation, inspiration, guidance,
respect and commitment.
I achieve this by
offering both personal training and massage

training: For women who want to make
changes to how they look and feel about themselves. If you
want to lose weight, get fitter, become healthier, tone up,
have more energy and gain confidence, I can help
you. Together we'll look at your lifestyle and agree
challenging, achievable goals to work towards.
I'll design a personalised, safe and enjoyable fitness
transformation programme for you and and then
I'll motivate and encourage you all the way to
success!
Massage Therapy (Sports and
Remedial): Sports and remedial massage has
many benefits to the overall health of the body both
physically, mentally as well as emotionally.

Aiding relaxation: reducing stress and anxiety
Improving circulation and lymphatic flow
Aiding injury healing including pulled muscles
Can help with pain management
